7 Tips for Heart Health:
- Know WHY heart health matters to you and decide what you want to do about it.

- Eat heart healthy foods 90% of the time and keep the not-so healthy foods to a minimum or less than 10% of your meals. Supplement your diet with heart healthy supplements like: probiotics, omega 3 fish oils and green tea extract.
- Develop and maintain a consistent exercise routine consisting of strength training, metabolic cardio training, and fun leisure activities that you enjoy.
- Be aware of your sources of stress and dedicate time every day to manage your stress.
