7 Tips for Heart Health:

  1. Know WHY heart health matters to you and decide what you want to do about it.

  3. Eat heart healthy foods 90% of the time and keep the not-so healthy foods to a minimum or less than 10% of your meals. Supplement your diet with heart healthy supplements like: probiotics, omega 3 fish oils and green tea extract.
  4. Develop and maintain a consistent exercise routine consisting of strength training, metabolic cardio training, and fun leisure activities that you enjoy.
  5. Be aware of your sources of stress and dedicate time every day to manage your stress.
